The resistance that was measured between two fingers consists of diverse parts:
R measured = Rtip + Rc + d*Rsheet + Rc + Rtip = 2* Rtip + 2*Rc + d*Rsheet

Rtip there is identical to the resistance between the 2 tips on the same finger and therefore can be eliminated. The following remains:

The application of the measured resistances over the distance d of the particular contact finger results in a straight line. The increase of this line is proportional to the film resistor, the axis intercept corresponds to the 2-time contact resistor
